Orders and Shipping
After placing your order, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days (subject to clearance of your card or availability of stock).
Delivery times may also vary based on your location and shipping options.
An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been placed. A final confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has left our warehouse and begun its delivery journey. For an estimate of when your product will arrive, you can follow the stages of delivery on the shipping company’s website after you have received your tracking number.
After an order is placed, shipping address can be changed by sending an email from your registered email address with which you placed an order subjected to the condition that the order isn’t packed or shipped.

Depending on the availability, we may either ship your order in a single package or may ship in different packages.

Returns and Exchanges
You have seven days to take advantage of our policy. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges beyond 7 days of receiving your order. The following scenarios are the only ones in which returns are considered.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us by email within 24 hours. For the purpose of processing your return request. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
In the event that the product is damaged, you can directly contact us within 24 hours. To facilitate the return process, please attach some photo proof.
In the email address, the shipping address for return products will be communicated.
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, please notify us if the product is different from what you ordered. Your return request will be processed based on this information. You can return an item if it is unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
